Condos:

This 500-square meter condo features Hardwood floors, extensive use of built-in cabinetry, Venetian plaster columns and Stainless Steel Appliances such as a Wolf eight-burner range, Sub-Zero refrigeration and a Miele coffee machine.

This one million dollar renovation project was completed from bare cement to turnover in eight months. Other featured include a Wet Sauna in the Master Bathroom, Large cantilever doors to divide living areas and large Built-in Home Theater.

Condos cont.

Clausbilt was chosen to install 17 interiors including: Kitchens, Bathrooms, Dining and Lounge areas in each unit. These condos featured modern built-in kitchens and sleek bathrooms. The living area features built-in furnature and entertainment system.

This intelligently designed modern home is perched on a cliff overlooking the sea. The home features include Heat-sink architecture to wick away heat, 5 bedrooms divided over two floors each with its own kitchen (2-kitchens), 4 bathrooms, 2 laundry rooms (upper and lower) rooftop deck and three balconies.
